I had major sleep apnea and woke up every morning with a dry mouth and a hard plug of snot in my nose. I decided to try a jaw aligner after I saw ads on SocMed. Decided to get one from a real doctor instead of DIY kits with unknown health safety info.
Dr Vinay and Dr. Gayathri explained in great detail, how aligners work to prevent snoring, and safety of the materials etc.
They got my mouth moulds cast and in a few days, got my aligners delivered to me on schedule, and provided me with precise instructions for use and care.
It took me a few days to get used to them, but once I did, I have had no dry mouth or snot plug anymore.
